-
Understand the various forms of bullying, including verbal, physical, and cyberbullying, and recognise the impact it can have on individuals and communities.
-
Learn strategies to identify and respond to bullying situations, including assertive communication, conflict resolution, and de-escalation techniques.
-
Develop empathy and compassion towards others, fostering a culture of kindness, respect, and inclusion.
-
Gain awareness of the role of bystanders and the importance of being an active bystander in preventing and intervening in bullying incidents.
-
Explore techniques for building resilience and self-confidence, enabling children to stand up for themselves and others effectively.
-
Empower participants to express their feelings and concerns in a safe and constructive manner, encouraging open communication.
-
Create a safe space for sharing personal experiences, providing emotional support, and learning from one another's perspectives.
Through engaging discussions, interactive activities, and real-life scenarios, participants will leave the workshop equipped with practical tools and a sense of empowerment. They will be inspired to stand up, speak out, and become advocates for a culture that values kindness, respect, and inclusivity, thus creating a safer and more supportive environment for all.
