About the workshop

Dear Parents,

This workshop is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the various aspects of puberty, ensuring that your child navigates this transformative phase with confidence, knowledge, and a strong sense of Islamic values.

What We'll Cover:

  1. Understanding Puberty's Impact: Puberty is a time of profound change, not just physically, but also emotionally and socially. Our workshop delves into how puberty affects thoughts, feelings, and relationships. We'll explore the emotional rollercoaster that can come with hormonal shifts, helping your child to comprehend and manage their emotions effectively.

  2. Physical Changes Unveiled: As the body undergoes significant transformations, we'll delve into the intricate details of the physical changes that boys experience during puberty. From growth spurts to voice changes, our expert educators will provide accurate and age-appropriate information to ensure your child's comfort and understanding.

  3. Islamic Obligations and Personal Hygiene: Our workshop places a strong emphasis on nurturing Islamic values. We'll discuss important concepts like Ghusl (ritual purification) and Tahaarah (cleanliness) to guide your child through maintaining spiritual well-being during this transitional phase. Furthermore, we'll address the significance of personal hygiene, connecting it to both religious and everyday practices.

  4. Becoming Accountable in Islam: A crucial aspect of our workshop is highlighting the Islamic perspective on reaching puberty. With the onset of puberty, individuals become accountable for their actions in Islam. We will provide a clear understanding of this milestone, ensuring your child comprehends their newfound responsibilities in the context of their faith.
