About the workshop
Many parents may feel shy or awkward to talk to their child about the changes that puberty brings about, but as the adults, we should understand that this is a part of life and Allah’s creation. Our failure to fulfill the obligation of educating our children about these important life changes, is blameworthy and answerable for us. It is also detrimental to the well-being of our children because they won’t be mindful of their deeds being recorded, which can prevent them from intentionally sinning.
Our "Age of Accountability: Puberty Workshop" is an essential program designed to educate children about the physical and emotional changes they experience during puberty, with a specific focus on Islamic teachings and values. We understand the significance of providing accurate and age-appropriate information to our students in alignment with our faith.
Puberty is a transformative phase in a child's life, and it is crucial to guide them through this transition in a sensitive and informed manner. Our team of knowledgeable and experienced mentors are dedicated to delivering an exceptional workshop, ensuring that your child receives the guidance they need during this significant period.
Our mentors will delve into topics such as physical changes, emotional well-being, hygiene, modesty, and the importance of maintaining one's faith and values. They will approach these discussions with sensitivity and respect for Islamic teachings, providing a comprehensive understanding of how puberty intertwines with our religious beliefs and practices.
